# Website

A **website** is an online retailer or merchant that sells products — for example `nike.com` or `bestbuy.com`. Filter search results with `website_ids`, or browse the full list via [`GET /v0/websites`](/api-reference/channel3-api/websites).

Websites are not the same as [brands](/api-reference/brand-model). A brand (Nike, Sony) is the company behind a product; a website is the store listing it. One brand's products often appear on many websites, and one website sells products from many brands.
